This beach is located away from the historic center of Peschiera del Garda, about a 30-minute walk from the lighthouse. If you are in the lighthouse area and want to get to Bergamini Beach quickly, you should opt for the use of the car. Moreover, there are several parking near Bergamini Beach, some of which are free.
As mentioned before, we want to point out that a long promenade runs along the beach, and this is also one of the main reasons to go here. Therefore, you can come near the Bergamini beach not only to sunbathe and swim but also for a nice walk near the lake or to sit down for an aperitif in one of the bars overlooking the lake that you find along the promenade.
If you come here to sunbathe and swim, I can tell you that you don’t have to rent sunbeds and umbrellas, as Bergamini Beach has portions of the beach dedicated to the free beach. If, on the other hand, you love the comfort and convenience of a bathing establishment, that’s no problem, as this is also a well-equipped beach where you can hire sunbeds, umbrellas, and pedal boats. There are, in fact, several bathing establishments, some of which are dog friendly. You can therefore come here to swim, even with your dog.
Returning to talk about the promenade that runs along the lake, we can say that it is truly an excellent destination to be included in the things to do on Lake Garda. It is almost 2 km long in total if we consider both the right and left sides of the beach.
